PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for producing a natural pesticide that contains Artemisia asiatica Nakai, tobacco or the like without chemical additives are provided. Therefore, the pesticide can be used in controlling harmful insects without any adverse effect such as environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: A natural pesticide contains any one of Artemisia asiatica Nakai, tobacco, yeokkipul, leaves of Paulownia coreana Uyeki and leaves of Ginkgo biloba. An apparatus for producing natural pesticide comprises: an aging vessel(10) with a lid(12) and having a drain pipe(14)(16) to be opened and closed by an opening and closing device(15)(17); a supporting net(20) disposed at the lower end of the aging vessel; a heater(30) for heating the aging vessel at 70 to 90deg.C; a foam generator(40) for generating a foam through an injection pipe(44) by the operation of an air injector(42); a pressing net(50) for pressing raw material toward the lower side; a water level sensor(61)(62) for sensing the height of water within the aging vessel and delivering signals; and a control box for supplying fermented water to the inside of the aging vessel through a water inlet pipe(70).
