PURPOSE: A method of making hamburger, sandwich and pizza using ginseng, mushroom, meat, fishes and seaweeds is provided. Therefore, the product has sufficient nutrients to maintain good health and can be used as a healthy, nutritious and well balanced food. CONSTITUTION: Hamburger, sandwich and pizza are prepared using ginseng, beef, pork, chicken, fishes and seaweeds such as kelp, grown algae, laver, green laver and Salicornia herbacea, together with conventional vegetables. The fishes are tuna fish, saury, anchovy and mackerel. The conventional vegetables are mushroom, cabbage, onion, garlic, ginger, potato, hot pepper, Capsicum annuum L., black pepper, wine, vinegar, mayonnaise, ketchup, sugar and purified salt.
