Air Control Type Automatic Greasing Device

PURPOSE: An air control type automatic lubricating device is provided to efficiently control the volume of discharged lubricant by using an air control unit or a control screw. CONSTITUTION: A body(50) has a space unit(54) filled with lubricant. An upper screw thread(52) and a lower screw thread(56) are formed at the upper and lower circumference of the body, respectively. A female screw(91) is coupled with the lower screw thread. The lubricant in an introduction tube is introduced into a lower coupling body(90) through a grease nipple(100), and is discharged into a discharging tube through a discharging port. A cover(30) has a female screw(36) coupled with the upper screw thread. A spring(70) is installed at a spring fitting unit(94) formed between the bottom of a piston(60) and the lower coupling body. A lubricant control unit(B) is installed at the discharging port, and controls the volume of the discharged lubricant. An air control unit(A) is installed at the cover, and controls the volume of air supplied from the outside.
