Solubilization of Meloxicam and Its Manufacturing Method

PURPOSE: Provided are a soluble composition of meloxicam and a manufacturing method thereof by the solubilization of meloxicam and addition of powdery linker, an excipient, a lubricant and a disintegrant, thereby increasing the elution of meloxicam. CONSTITUTION: A method for a soluble composition of meloxicam comprises the steps of: dissolving 1.0-30 wt.% of water soluble amino acid selected from L-glycine, L-alanine, or L-valine, in the mixed solution of 10-50 wt.% of ethanol, 50-80 wt.% of propyleneglycol and purified water; and adding 3.0-10 wt.% of diethanolamine and meloxicam to dissolved amino acid, followed by leaving for one night and volatilization.
