PURPOSE: To provide a loan assets management system, a loan assets management method, and record medium and program therefor in which values of loan assets(housing loan) increase by enhancing values of the loan assets(housing loan) portfolios. CONSTITUTION: A housing loan analysis processing part 46 analyzes the first portfolio of the first housing loan based on information about the first housing loan, and outputs the first analysis results. A securities current price evaluation processing part 47 analyzes the second portfolio of the second housing loan by connecting with the current price of housing loan securities based on information about housing loan securities in which the second housing loan is securitized, and outputs the second analysis results. A difference extraction processing part 48 compares the first analysis results and the second analysis results, and extracts difference between the first portfolio and the second portfolio. An examination condition change processing part 49 changes examination conditions to examine a user of housing loan based on the difference extracted by the difference extraction processing part 48.
