Strengthening and refining material for soil

PURPOSE: A soil modifier is provided, to obtain the soil modifier which is used to modify the unstable ground and to pave a road showing the scenic beauty and has high durability and excellent environmental-friendliness. CONSTITUTION: The soil modifier comprises 10-30 wt% of a mineral mixing agent; 50-60 wt% of cement; 10-20 wt% of gypsum and ferric sulfate; 1-5 wt% of calcium hydroxide; and 1-4 wt% of silica fume. Preferably the mineral mixing agent is selected from the group consisting of fly ash, clinker ash and paper sludge; and the cement is selected from the group consisting of high-early-strength portland cement (KSL5201) and portland cement.
