Circuit for Compensating Mismatch of Output Current in Charge Pump Circuit and Charge Pump Circuit using the same

PURPOSE: A circuit for correcting discordance of output currents of a charge pump circuit, and a charge pump circuit using the same are provided to make a source current and a sink current discord with each other without decreasing switching speed and an operation range of the charge pump circuit. CONSTITUTION: A charge pumping part(3100) comprises the first and the second input port(301,303), a bias port and an output port(307), and charges and discharges a capacitor connected to the output port when an up-signal and a down-signal are applied to the first and the second input port respectively, and the intensity of a current flowing in the output port is determined by a bias voltage applied to the bias port. A current copy part(3300) comprises a bias port and an output port(311), and copies the current flowing in the output port of the charge pumping part, and a voltage of the output port is controlled by a voltage applied to the bias port. A control part(3500) comprising the first input port(313), the second input port(315), and an output port(317) controls a control current value flowing in the output port by a voltage difference between the first and the second input port. And a biasing part(3700) comprises a control port(319) connected to the output port of the control part and an output port which is connected to the bias port of the current copy part, and controls a voltage of the output port by the control current inputted to the control port.
