PURPOSE: A correction circuit and its control circuit are provided to improve a switching speed of a charge pump circuit and to compensate discordance between a source current and a sink current flowing in an output stage. CONSTITUTION: According to the correction circuit compensating discordance between output currents of a charge pump circuit, the first correction part(3300) comprises an input stage(305) and a control stage and an output stage(307) connected to a gate of a discharge device(MN32), and it discharges charge to the output stage when an up-signal is applied to the input stage and the amount of charges discharged to the output stage is controlled by the first control signal applied to the control stage. The second correction part(3500) comprises an input stage(311) and a control stage and an output stage(313) connected to a gate of a charge device(MP32), and receives charges through the output stage when the up-signal is applied to the input stage, and the amount of charges inputted to the output stage is controlled by the second control signal applied to the control stage.
