PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a liquid crystal display having a liquid crystal film set in a space between transparent substrates and the liquid crystal display are provided to use the liquid crystal display as a window. CONSTITUTION: The first spacers are arranged on the edge of a lower transparent substrate and attached to the lower substrate using a both-sided adhesive. A liquid crystal film is arranged on the first spacers and attached to the first spacers using a both-sided adhesive. The liquid crystal film is formed in a manner that a liquid crystal layer is interposed between two transparent PET films. The second spacers are arranged on the edge of the liquid crystal film and attached to the liquid crystal film using a both-sided adhesive. An upper transparent substrate is attached to the second spacers using a both-sided adhesive.
