PURPOSE: An alignment film printing device of a liquid crystal display device and a method thereof, and a liquid crystal display device with an alignment film, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to analyze smudges of a printing image, thereby adjusting the amount of liquid discharged from a nozzle.;CONSTITUTION: A loading unit(210) moves a substrate. A printing unit(220) prints an alignment film on the substrate. A hardening unit(230) hardens the alignment film. A control unit(240) controls the amount of discharging alignment liquid.
