PURPOSE: A polyaspartate mixture, its preparation method and a polyurea prepared by using the mixture are provided, to obtain a coating agent with improved hardness and flexibility by using a polyaspartate resin capable of reacting with a polyisocyanate. The reaction time of the polyaspartate is reduced. CONSTITUTION: The polyaspartate mixture comprises 5-70 eq% of a cyclic polyaspartate represented by the formula 1 and 30-95 eq% of a polyether polyaspartate represented by the formula 2 based on the total equivalence of an aspartate group, wherein X1 is a residue obtained by removing an amino group from a cyclic polyamine having n functional groups; R1 and R2 are identical or different each other and are an organic group inert to an isocyanate group at a temperature of 100 deg.C or less; R3 and R4 are identical or different each other and are H or an organic group inert to an isocyanate group at a temperature of 100 deg.C or less; n is 2-4; and X2 is a residue obtained by removing an amino group from a polyether polyamine having n functional groups and having a number average molecular weight less than 600 (wherein the amino group is bonded to a primary carbon atom and an ether group is separated by at least two carbon atoms).
