摘要

PURPOSE: A polyaspartate resin capable of reacting with polyisocyanate is provided to obtain a coating agent having improved hardness and flexibility, and to reduce the time needed for preparing the same. CONSTITUTION: The polyaspartate mixture comprises, based on the total equivalents of aspartate groups: (a) 5-50 eq% of polyoxypropylene polyaspartate represented by the formula(1); and (b) 50-90 eq% of polyether polyaspartate represented by the formula(2). In formulae(1 and 2), X1 is a residue obtained by removing amino groups from polyoxypropylene polyamine having a functionality of n; each of R1 and R2 is the same or different, and represents an organic moiety inactive to isocyanate groups at a temperature of 100 deg.C or less; each of R3 and R4 is the same or different, and represents H, or an organic moiety inactive to isocyanate groups at a temperature of 100 deg.C or less; n is 2-4; and X2 is a residue obtained by removing amino groups from polyoxypropylene polyamine having a functionality of n and a number average molecular weight of less than 5000, wherein the amino groups are bonded to primary carbon atoms, and ether groups are separated by at least two carbon atoms.
