PURPOSE: A method for offering an old age guarantee service through financial goods such as insurance is provided to guarantee a comfort old age by lessening burden for buying a living space and making a financial goods provider pay periodic management expenses for the living space. CONSTITUTION: A user logs in to a financial goods provider terminal(S110). The financial goods provider terminal provides a financial service agreement including a living space providing service and a residence starting time to the user terminal(S120). The user subscribes for the financial service and fixes desired service contents(S130). The user pays a service expense to a financial processing terminal(S140). The financial goods provider terminal informs the user terminal of the residence start and requests a providing preparation for the financial service to the user terminal(S170). A service receiver receives the service including the living space providing service and the financial goods provider terminal pays the service expense to a service provider terminal(S180). In case of expiration of a service providing period, the service is collected(S190).
