Media stream of distributing system of providing VoD service using the same and method thereof

PURPOSE: A media stream division architecture, a system and a method for offering a VOD(Video On Demand) service using the same are provided to efficiently offer the VOD service by restricting a use frequency on the offline as well as the Internet as dividing a stream into a predetermined interval and including information such as the user frequency and a use period into each stream. CONSTITUTION: A user information database(2) stores user information to receive the VOD service from a user(11). A user information analysis module(3) searches the user information from the user information database by receiving a VOD service request from the user. A contents database(4) stores contents information to offer the VOD service to the user. A stream control module(5) offers the stream requested from the user by searching the contents information from the contents database.
