PURPOSE: A stroller is provided to secure two functions of a guard member for protecting a head of a baby and for setting up a head protection unit, which is an upper part of a seat of a backrest, from the backrest. CONSTITUTION: A stroller is switched to a chair shape that a backrest and a head protection unit(25) arranged on the backrest are extended on the plane and a bed shape that the head protection unit is set upward from the backrest. The stroller is composed of a body frame; a back support(30) connected to the body frame to obliquely hold rearward the backrest from the back side; and a guard member(40) being a reverse-U shaped rigid structure. Both ends of the guard member are rotatively linked to the body frame and a central part that extends transversely is disposed at the backside of the head protection unit for both chair and bed shapes.
