CONCRETE FORMING PANEL FIXING ALUMINUM FRAME TO OUTER PERIPHERY OF SHEET WITH WELDING AND FIXING CROSS BRACES BY ADHESIVE, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD

PURPOSE: A panel for forming concrete and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to cut down manufacturing cost, and to improve the durability by fixing an aluminum frame to the outer periphery of a sheet with welding. CONSTITUTION: A concrete forming panel(10) is composed of a rectangular sheet(12), and the rectangular sheet is made of aluminum. A frame(14) is arranged in the outer periphery of the concrete forming panel, and formed by extruding aluminum. Two sections(16,18) of the frame are extended vertically along the side of the concrete forming panel, and two frames(20,22) are extended along the upper and lower parts of the sheet. The sections of the frame are fastened to the sheet by welding, and a triangular corner brace(24) is welded into the frame. Cross braces(30,32,34) are fixed to the sheet and the frame by an adhesive.
