PURPOSE: A mobile communication terminal for authenticating a communication object through an authentication key, a management method of the authentication key and a device thereof are provided to authenticate a communication object received through an optional path, by using an authentication key built in a mobile communication terminal, and to receive/execute the authenticated communication object, thereby expanding a communication path of the communication object. CONSTITUTION: An authentication key distributive server(160) includes more than one processor(170) operated by an authentication key distributive software(180). The authentication key distributive software(180) includes a series of commands. The authentication key distributive server(160) has a data storage unit(190) that stores a currently used authentication key(155) and a new authentication key(195) for updating the authentication key(155). A mobile communication terminal(100) transceives a sound signal and/or data through a mobile communication network. The terminal comprises as follows. A memory(150) stores the authentication key(155). A processor(110) is operated by a terminal software(120) that manages the memory(150).
