FERMENTED SOYBEAN PASTE MAKER USING DRIED SOYBEANS

PURPOSE: A maker for producing fermented soybean paste(chonggukjang) by performing three processes containing immersing, heating and fermenting processes of beans successively in one maker is provided. It avoids the trouble of steaming of several times and fermenting for several days. CONSTITUTION: The fermented soybean paste maker comprises: an inner kettle(31) for receiving dried soybeans and water and fermenting the dried soybeans with Bacillus after swelling and heating; a heater(23) for heating the inner kettle; a vapor exhaust(12) for exhausting vapor generated from the inside of the inner kettle by heating water with the heater; a PCB(21) for controlling the heater to maintain the temperature within the inside kettle constant; and a temperature detecting sensor(33) installed on the outer wall of the inner kettle.
