PURPOSE: Provided is an isokinetic exercising machine of abdominal muscle, waist muscle, leg muscle to prevent various diseases and geriatric diseases due to an abdominal fatness by keeping on exercising in a comfortable state with a cheaper cost at home. CONSTITUTION: The sport outfits includes: a main body(2) with a seat(1); an upper sport(4) which is hinged rotatably in the rear of seat(1) at one end and fixates a head rest at the other end; a first driving unit to exercise in uniform-speed by rotating the upper support to the main body(2) with a hinged pin with a central figure; a lower support which is hinged rotatably in the front of seat(1) at one end and fixates a foot holder at the other end; and a second driving unit(2) to exercise in uniform-speed by rotating the lower support to the main body(2) with a hinged pin with a central figure.
