PURPOSE: A liquid droplet discharging device, a printing device, a printing method and an electro-optical device are provided to discharge liquid droplet to a target position of a substrate by installing a discharging head for discharging the liquid droplet on an upper surface of the substrate. CONSTITUTION: A liquid droplet discharging device includes a discharging head(25) and an orbit regulating unit. The discharging head(25) discharges liquid droplet to a substrate. The orbit regulating unit gives the liquid droplet with energy for returning the liquid droplet to a predetermined orbit when the liquid droplet discharged from the discharging head(25) deviates from the predetermined orbit. The energy includes light energy. The orbit regulating unit drives the liquid droplet by using light pressure generated from the light energy.
