The functional liquid droplet is discharged from the nozzles of (n-m) pieces to be not measured being the effective nozzles other than the nozzles 65c of m pieces to be measured by a plurality of shots until the discharged functional liquid droplet reaches the weight measurable by the weight measuring means 91 and the discharged amount of the functional liquid over the plurality of shots is measured by weight.
