TUNNEL LIGHTING STEP CONTROL SYSTEM USING PID CONTROLLER

PURPOSE: A tunnel lighting step control system is provided to reduce an energy consumption by setting the initial illumination in a tunnel in accordance with the reference level, while preventing traffic accidents. CONSTITUTION: A tunnel lighting step control system(100) comprises a tunnel lighting controller(10) using a PID controller; an illumination sensing unit connected to the tunnel lighting controller; a distribution board(40) for supplying power to the tunnel lighting controller; and a power board(30) for supplying power to the distribution board. The tunnel lighting controller includes an LCD display window, and a sensing unit for judging an illumination by using an inner illumination sensor(51) and an outer illumination sensor(50) when an automatic mode and a button are set.
