DEFLECTION YOKE FOR CRT HAVING GAP BETWEEN INNER DIAMETER OF NECK PART AND OUTSIDE SURFACE OF VERTICAL DEFLECTION COIL

PURPOSE: A deflection yoke for a CRT is provided to improve BSN(Beam Shadow Neck) by forming a predetermined gap between an inner diameter of a neck part of the ferrite core and the outside surface of a vertical deflection coil. CONSTITUTION: A CRT comprises a panel having a phosphor surface, a funnel, an electron gun, and a deflection yoke. The deflection yoke includes a horizontal/vertical deflection coil(131,133) for deflecting horizontally and vertically electron beams emitted from the electron gun; a ferrite core(134) for reducing the loss of magnetic force generated from the deflection coils; and a holder(132) for fixing the deflection coils and the ferrite core and insulating the horizontal deflection coil from the vertical deflection coil. A predetermined gap(G) between an inner diameter of a neck part of the ferrite core and the outside surface of a vertical deflection coil is formed. A phosphor side aperture section of the horizontal/vertical deflection coils is square shape. The distribution of the horizontal deflection coil is in the range of 45 angles around the center of the horizontal axis.
