PURPOSE: A device for making a roll of water tissue is provided to seek for the reduction of a manufacturing time of a roll of water tissue while suppressing the growth in size of the device. CONSTITUTION: The device(1) having a roll supporting unit(10), a feeding unit(20), a cutting unit(30) and a molding unit(50), wherein the molding unit(50) comprises: a conveyer belt(51) for conveying a sheet material; a cover member(52) arranged facing a conveying side of the conveyer be a sloping member(52b) arranged sloped, rising in the conveying direction of the sheet material at the downstream of the cover member; a reversing belt(53) annexed in the widthwise direction of the sloping member and conveyer belt and arranged facing the conveying side of the conveyer be and a driving unit(23) for driving the conveyer belt and the reversing belt.
