CHINESE CHARACTER AND ENGLISH WORD LEARNING SYSTEM USING LED BOARD, IN WHICH ENGLISH WORD IS DATABASED AS DICTIONARY

PURPOSE: A Chinese character and English word learning system using an LED board is provided to enhance a learning effect by displaying the Chinese character and the English word to a PC display and the LED board. CONSTITUTION: An LED board(30) includes a serial communication port(31), a display controller(32), and an LED display(33). The display controller is used for displaying data of a PC to the LED display through the serial port. The PC includes a control operation unit, a data input unit, a database, a data search unit, a data display transmission unit, a data display transmission unit, and a communication interface. The control operation unit(21) processes a control program. The data input unit(22) generates a Chinese character and an English word and outputs image data according to the order of making strokes in writing the Chinese character and Chinese idioms. The database(23) includes a Chinese database, an image database, a Chinese idiom database, and an English word database. The data search unit(24) searches the English word and the Chinese idiom within the database. The data display transmission unit(25) transmits the searched data to a PC display and the LED board. The communication interface(26) is used for interfacing the data display transmission unit and the LED board.
