PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition comprising a recombinant insulin like growth factor is provided, thereby effectively removing skin wrinkles with a trace amount of recombinant insulin like growth factor-1 and improving stability of the recombinant insulin like growth factor-1 to the skin. CONSTITUTION: The cosmetic composition comprises 0.00000001 to 0.001 wt.% of a recombinant insulin like growth factor, wherein the recombinant insulin like growth factor is IGF-1; the recombinant insulin like growth factor is immobilized into a nanosome with a particle size of 30 to 120 nm; and the cosmetic composition is formulated into smoothing cosmetic water, nutritive cosmetic water, nutritive cream, massage cream, pack, essence or hair conditioner.
