PURPOSE: A mobile terminal having multiple subscriber identifying module cards is provided to allow several users to share one mobile terminal or use it for a personal purpose or a business purpose by storing information on the different users. CONSTITUTION: A radio communicating unit(110) includes an antenna(112) for transmitting/receiving a radio signal to and from a radio transmitting station or a base station. An audio unit(120) includes a receiver(122) having a speaker for outputting a sound and a transmitter(124) having a microphone for receiving a sound. A signal input unit(130) includes a key pad consisting of multiple key buttons for inputting a signal. A controller(140) receives an input signal from the signal input unit(130) and generates a corresponding output signal, and controls a flow and conversion of various input/output signals. A display unit(150) outputs various characters and images upon receiving an output signal from the controller(140). A subscriber identifying unit(160) includes a business subscriber identifying module card for storing subscriber information used for a business purpose and a personal subscriber identifying module card for storing subscriber information used for a personal purpose and transfers subscriber information stored in one subscriber identifying module card selected by a user to the controller(140).
