METHOD FOR INDICATING NON-APPROVED USE OF A MOBILE TERMINAL, PARTICULARLY FOR ALLOWING AN OWNER OF A LOST MOBILE TERMINAL TO RECEIVE SUBSCRIBER CHECK MODULE DATA OF A SUBSCRIBER CHECK CARD OF A NON-APPROVED USER AND USE IT AS AN EVIDENT FOR TAKING THE MOBILE TERMINAL BACK

PURPOSE: A method for indicating a non-approved use of a mobile terminal is provided to solve a problem that existing anti-theft units for preventing non-approved use of a lost or robbed terminal does not help find the lost terminal. CONSTITUTION: An owner of a mobile terminal stores subscriber check data of a subscriber check module card of the owner in a memory unit of the mobile terminal(S1). The owner of the mobile terminal sets a pager warning group including a paging number related to the subscriber check module card(S2). The mobile terminal establishes a communication link with a communication network according to the subscriber check module card during follow-up activation of the mobile terminal(S3), and immediately, checks whether the subscriber check data stored in the memory unit is suitably matched to the subscriber check data of the subscriber check module card installed in the mobile terminal(S4). If the subscriber check data stored in the memory is not matched to the subscriber check data of the subscriber check module card, the subscriber check data of the subscriber check module card and a message having an equipment serial code related to the mobile terminal are transmitted to the pager warning group(S5).
