SHORT MESSAGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, CONCERNED WITH TRANSCEIVING A SHORT MESSAGE AND MANAGE THE TRANSCEIVED SHORT MESSAGE BY USING A MOBILE TERMINAL

PURPOSE: A short message management system is provided to allow a user to transmit/receive a short message and manage the transmitted/received short message by using a mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication network short message processing system(20) includes a short message service processor(22) to which mobile communication base stations(24) are connected. A short message management server unit(30) sends a copy of a short message received from the mobile communication network short message processing system(20) to a radio paging network short message processing system(40) or stores it. The radio paging network short message processing system(40) sends data transferred from the short message management server unit(30) to a short message management terminal(50). The type of the short message that has been transmitted to a mobile terminal from the mobile communication network short message processing system(20) is transferred to the short message management terminal(50) through the short message processing system(40) via the short message management server unit(30).
