PURPOSE: A water-stopping device of a caisson for a repair work of an underwater structure is provided to secure a working space of the dried state by cutting off an external wall of an underwater structure and to shorten the time required for a repair work and to promote the efficiency on a repair work. CONSTITUTION: The water-stopping device of a caisson for a repair work of an underwater structure contains: a water-stopping packing(220) placed along an opening plane of a caisson(200) contacted with an underwater structure and provided with one or more ridges and one or more grooves; a tube(230) inserted to the groove of the water-stopping packing(220) to improve the water-stopping efficiency of the caisson(200); a tube pressure material(240) inserted to the tube(230) to keep the pressure of the tube(230); and a tube pressure device pressurizing the tube pressure material(240) to keep the pressure of the tube(230).
