JIG FOR LCD TEST LINE TO ACCOMMODATE LCDS WITH VARIOUS STANDARDS

PURPOSE: A jig for an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) test line is provided to accommodate LCDs with various standards and convey the LCDs using a conveying robot. CONSTITUTION: A rail(2a) is installed on a supporting frame(2) in a longitudinal direction. A guide(6a) fixed in a lower end of a base frame(6) is combined with an upper side of the rail. A screw rod(8) driven by a forward and reverse motor(7) is installed in the supporting frame. A variable jig(4) goes and returns alternately at a lower side of a cleaning machine and a lower side of a conveying robot by a conveying device(3) combined with a conveying nut(9) formed in the base frame. A fixed jig is fixed at a lower side of a test robot, and a backlight unit is combined with a lower side of the fixed jig.
