PURPOSE: A complex one-to-one marketing through the on/offline and a telephone using an anniversary database is provided to enhance purchase power and largely reduce expense by managing anniversaries of each customer and informing the customer of the anniversaries. CONSTITUTION: A seller constructs the anniversary database. A catalog of the articles having high purchase power is produced/divided into each anniversary. The seller sends the catalog to a partner of the customer through a post mail or an e-mail based on the anniversary database. The customer knows the anniversary of the partner by seeing the catalog. Thus, the customer can select/buy the articles for a few days.
