PURPOSE: A system for guiding a shelter is provided to effectively and automatically guide the person so as to rapidly escape from a fire when the fire is generated. CONSTITUTION: A system for guiding a shelter includes a refuge guide main controller and at least one refuge guide apparatus(12). The refuge guide main controller is provided with a power line communication modem, a controller, a monitor, an alarm device, a power supplying unit and a button input unit. The refuge guide apparatus(12) is operated by automatically sensing the control signal or the fume. And, the refuge guide apparatus(12) guides the person to the shelter by using the alarm sound and the on-and-off light.
