PURPOSE: A vibration motor is provided to reduce the size of the vibration motor by permitting eccentric mass to be accommodated in the space of the motor, and achieve improved efficiency of the motor by permitting a brush and a segment to contact in parallel with each other. CONSTITUTION: A vibration motor comprises a magnet(6) arranged in a housing(1); and a coil(8) coupled to a rotating shaft(9) and fit to the outer surface of the magnet. The rotating shaft has a length to be accommodated into the housing. An eccentric mass having a predetermined height and width, and an arc-shaped cross section, is attached to the outer surface of the coil. The eccentric mass is attached to the coil by using an adhesive or an adhesive tape.
