DEVELOPMENT OF ONE-STEP FORMULATION MEDIUM FOR PLANT TISSUE CULTURE OF WILD GINSENG ROOT TO PREPARE MEDIUM EASILY

PURPOSE: A method for development of one-step formulation medium for plant tissue culture of wild ginseng root is provided, thereby requiring no preparation of medium every time, so that a farmer having no medium preparation device can easily preparing the medium. CONSTITUTION: The method for development of one-step formulation medium for plant tissue culture of wild ginseng root comprises adding inorganic elements, sucrose as carbon source and a small quantity of oligosaccharide; and solidifying the mixture, wherein the inorganic elements include KNO3, MgSO47H2O, NH4H2PO4, FeSO47H2O, Na2EDTA, CaCl22H2O, myo inositol, nicotinic acid, thiamine HCl, pyridoxine HCl, H3BO3, MnSO4H2O, KI, ZnSO47H2O, CuSO45H2O and Na2MoO42H2O. The method for development of one-step formulation medium for plant tissue culture of wild ginseng root comprises adding 50 to 70% of distilled water into sucrose to prepare sucrose solution; pulverizing inorganic elements to 200 to 250 meshes; and adding predetermined amount of pulverized inorganic elements into the sucrose solution.
