KENICS MICRO MIXER INCLUDING BARRIER CAPABLE OF CHAOTIC MIXING WITHOUT PRESSURE LOSS BY USING MINUTE STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: Provided is a Kenics micro mixer including a barrier in which a chaotic mixing is more effectively induced within a shorter length of time by a minute structure being a simple shape in the Kenics micro mixer. CONSTITUTION: The Kenics micro mixer comprises a first basic unit(133) having a helical structure twisted clockwise(131) and one or more barriers(132); and a second basic unit(134) having a helical structure twisted counterclockwise(135) and one or more barriers(136), wherein the two basic units are installed in turns to be split or reoriented by the helical flow, and the chaotic mixing of the micro level is induced by two chaotic mixing mechanisms such as being expanded/folded by the barriers. The barrier is formed on the helical structure.
