PURPOSE: A chaotic mixer type micro channel having blocks arranged at a lower portion and a micro channel assembly using the same are provided to chaoticly mix liquid in a channel by periodically or non-periodically arranging a plurality of blocks having a predetermined height and a predetermined angle in a micro channel. CONSTITUTION: A chaotic mixer type micro channel(16) having blocks arranged at a lower portion includes a plurality of blocks(18) having a predetermined angle formed at an internal surface thereof. The blocks(18) have a height(h), a width(w), and an inclined angle(a) formed along a longitudinal direction. The blocks(18) are periodically or non-periodically arranged at an internal surface of the micro channel(16). The width(w) of the block is formed at an internal surface of the micro channel(16) with a predetermined size. The height(h) of the block is formed lower than that of a side wall of the micro channel(16).
