PURPOSE: A pedal for a vehicle is provided to uniformly keep a space between a driver and a steering wheel by controlling the position of the pedal according to the body type of the driver. CONSTITUTION: A pedal for a vehicle is composed of a first arm(1) rotatably supported by a vehicle body, a second arm(3) having an insertion portion(9), a footboard(5), a ball joint(20) coupling the second arm to the footboard, and a coupling unit coupling the first arm to the second arm. A holding portion is formed at one side of the first arm. The insertion portion in the second arm is inserted into the holding portion. The ball joint includes a fixed ball(21) installed at the second arm, and a socket(23) installed at the rear of the footboard and holding the fixed ball in. The coupling unit includes a plurality of length control holes(13) formed at the insertion portion at regular intervals, a coupling hole formed at the first arm, a bolt(17) for connecting and supporting the length control holes and the coupling hole, and a nut coupled to the bolt.
