PURPOSE: A device for inputting and outputting a voice-grade signal in a GSM portable terminal is provided to use one dynamic speakermicrophone by using a transceiving time division control signal, and to operate it as a speaker and a microphone, thereby simplifying a circuit configuration and reducing a whole size. CONSTITUTION: An RF unit(210) up/down-converts an RF signal, and selectively transceives the RF signal by a time division control signal. A baseband unit(220) processes a baseband signal by a GSM modulation/demodulation function. An analog converter(230) converts an inputted digital signal into an analog signal. A digital converter(260) converts an inputted analog signal into a digital signal, and outputs the digital signal to the baseband unit(220). A switch(240) sets a path by the corresponding control signal. A speakermicrophone(250) outputs and inputs a voice-grade signal. A transceiving controller(270) outputs a transceiving switching control signal.
