PURPOSE: A functional sliced raw fish dish is provided to keep the freshness of sliced raw fish for a long time by using far infrared ray emitting materials. CONSTITUTION: The functional sliced raw fish dish includes a body of dish(10) on which a recess(11) having a predetermined area is formed; and a far infrared radiator(20) disposed in the recess(11). The far infrared radiator(20) is formed by molding a mixture of 80-90 wt% of a synthetic resin, 5-10 wt% of elvan powder and 5-10wt% of ceramic powder, each being based on the total weight of the far infrared radiator into a plate form or a plurality of granules.
