Additives and Manufacturing Method for Emulsion Fuel Oil

PURPOSE: Additives for emulsion fuel oil and a manufacturing method for emulsion fuel oil using the same are provided, which is able to reduce the amount of SOx and NOx emitted into atmosphere. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method for emulsion fuel oil includes the steps of (i) adding 0.01-0.1wt.% of at least one material selected from the group consisting of clay, kaolin, zeolite, and coal ash, 0.03-0.15wt.% of at least one material selected from the group consisting of lime stone, quicklime, magnesite, and magnesia, 0.05-0.3wt.% of at least one material selected from the group consisting of urea, ammonia, ammonia hydroxide, and ammonium salt into 100wt.% of wastewater; (ii) mixing 30vol.% of wastewater containing the above additives with 70vol.% of bunker-C oil and agitating at a speed of 2500 to 3800RPM.
