The method of making filler for bituminous paving mixtures and construction materials using rock fine sludge.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of filler for bitumen paving using fine rock sludge generated from a sand crushing plant is provided, which can recycle the designated waste of the crushed fine rock for filler of bitumen paving, interblocking block, and concrete block, thereby reducing the production cost of the crushed sand and preventing environmental pollution of air of flying dust and water of fine mud in rainy season around the plant. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the followings: (i) storing the raw material at hopper; (ii) cutting plate-shaped fine rock sludge cake having moisture content of 20-30wt.% by a compacting feeder, the fine rock sludge being generated from a sand crushing plant; (iii) drying the it by a rotary kiln to have moisture content of 1wt.%; (iv) crushing by a hammer crusher; (v) classifying by air classifiers of cyclone or gravitation; (vi) collecting the flying dust by a bag filter; (vii) storing at an ore bin; and (viii) bagging and shipping.
