PURPOSE: A process for preparing a health food using dried snakehead mullet and dried seafood is provided to recover and improve consumer's health. CONSTITUTION: The process for preparing a health food using dried snakehead mullet and dried seafood comprises the steps of: cool-drying and heat-drying snakehead mullet; mixing 700 to 2000g of the dried snakehead mullet, 200 to 300g of brown seaweed, 200 to 300g of dried tangleweed, 200 to 300g of dried anchovy, 350 to 400g of dried codfish, 150 to 300g of dried trepang, and 150 to 300g of abalone; adding 70 to 100g of black bean, 70 to 100g of dried pumpkin, 30 to 60g of mugwort, 100 to 130g of ginger, 30 to 60g of jujube, 30 to 60g of Glycyrrizae Radix, 30 to 60g of Cnidium rhizome, 30 to 60g of Angelica gigas Nakai, 30 to 60g of Paeoniae Radix, 30 to 60g of Atractylodis Rhizoma alba, 80 to 150g of Achyranthis Radix and 30 to 60g of Carthamus tinctorius L into the mixture; inserting yellow soil water into the mixture and heating them at 65 to 98 deg. C for 72 hours to obtain concentrate; and centrifuging the concentrate to remove impurities and packaging it under vacuum condition.
