PURPOSE: A laser medical implement having a super-pulse scan function, and a method of controlling the same are provided to possibly perform a spot scan operation inside a scan area through a mirror while preventing the damages on wound sites and allowing an exact operation for a shorter operation time. CONSTITUTION: The laser medical implement having a super-pulse scan function includes a panel controlling unit(100), a laser generating unit(200), a central controlling unit(400), and a super-pulse scanning unit(300). The laser medical implement is made to perform super-pulse scanning on wound sites by determining or selecting a parameter including a scan area and a super-pulse scan interval, and reflecting or refracting a laser beam emitted according to a laser beam generating signal, and controlling the direction and the angle of a laser beam by using a mirror. The laser medical implement having a super-pulse scan function is controlled by the central controlling unit having a laser and a scanner, each a separate device, integrally installed.
