BUILDING METHOD OF MECHANIZATION FARMING ROAD HAVING ENVIRONMENTAL AFFINITY

PURPOSE: An environment-friendly mechanized farm road constructing method is provided to minimize the amount of used concrete for preventing soil and crop pollution by mixing soil with a soil hardener, net type polypropylene and aggregates such as gravel, as a base layer of a farm road. CONSTITUTION: To create a mechanized farm road, a road base is developed. Then, soil is mixed with 5 to 6wt% of a soil hardener to be a base layer. The mixed soil is paved and hardened on a road. Soil is mixed with 12 to 15wt% of the soil hardener, 10 to 20wt% of gravel and 0.1 to 0.3wt% of polypropylene to be a surface layer. The mixed soil is paved and hardened on the road. The soil hardener consists of: 45 to 60wt% of furnace slag, 10 to 30wt% of plaster, 1 to 5wt% of aluminates and the remains of Portland cement. The polypropylene is 15 to 20mm in length in a net type.
