PURPOSE: A Ni/Ni-B electroplating method that is capable of stably forming nickel boride precipitation by inhibiting sudden hydrolysis of reducing agent is provided. CONSTITUTION: In a Ni/Ni-B electroplating method for selectively intensified wear-resistance in which a thermometer(7) and a pH indicator(9) are installed in a plating bath, the present invention is characterized in that pH and temperature of plating solution is adjusted to pH 3.5-4.5 and 40-50C, and Ni concentration of the plating solution is maintained within the range of 200 to 350g/liter.
