PURPOSE: A mail sterility diagnosis kit and a method for analyzing a result of DNA(Deoxyribonucleic Acid) related to sterility of the male using the mail sterility diagnosis kit are provided to improve the accuracy and the speed of analysis by measuring a ferment activity and a fluorescent of material. CONSTITUTION: A solid support is adhered to a probe needle including a base sequence of a primer for amplifying DNA related to a sterility of the male. A PCR(Polymerase Chain Reaction) mixture is comprised of the primer for amplifying the DNA related to sterility of the male, dNTP, DNA polymerism ferment, and a buffer solution. An additional primer is comprised of fifteen to thirty bases and coupled to a biotin at 5'-end thereof. A strapped avidin and a substrate of an electric labeled ferment are coupled to a labeled ferment.
