HEAT ROD ASSEMBLY AND PREHEATER FOR VEHICLE INCLUDING HEAT ROD ASSEMBLY FOR FACILITATING ASSEMBLING AND MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVING PRODUCTIVITY

PURPOSE: A heat rod assembly and a preheater for a vehicle including the heat rod assembly are provided to facilitate application to different kinds of vehicles by modularizing the constitution unit and to improve productivity by facilitated assembling work. CONSTITUTION: A heat rod assembly(100) of a preheater for a vehicle having PTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient) elements(140) comprises a lower heat rod(110) of a channel shape; an insulator(120) arranged to the bottom part of the lower heat rod; a plus terminal(130) arranged to a bottom groove(125) of the insulator; the PTC element arranged in a state of coming in contact with the plus terminal in a step groove(124) of the insulator; and an upper heat rod(150) covering an open part of the lower heat rod. In the insulator, the bottom groove and the step groove formed to the side of the bottom groove are extended in the longitudinal direction to the upper part. Fitting protrusions the longitudinal gap of which is identical with the length of the PTC element are formed to the step groove of the insulator.
