PURPOSE: A method of preparing the titled food product by blending a radish extract with a mixture of garlic, Rubi Fructus, Nelumbinis Semem and Allium tuberosum Rottler is provided. Therefore, the product is effective in reducing cholesterol levels, improving blood circulation and preventing aging phenomena. CONSTITUTION: A radish is extracted at 100 deg.C for 3 hrs and then 71% by weight of the radish extract is blended with 14% by weight of garlic, 6% by weight of Rubi Fructus, 6% by weight of Nelumbinis Semem and 3% by weight of Allium tuberosum Rottler and extracted at 100 deg.C for 5 hrs to give an extract. Thereafter, 40% by weight of Rubi Fructus, 40% by weight of Nelumbinis Semem and 20% by weight of Allium tuberosum Rottler are steamed at 100 deg.C for 60 min, dried at 40 to 60 deg.C for 2 to 3 hrs and then blended with the extract to make a pill.
