DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING DRAIN PIPE OF CULVERT LAID UNDERGROUND FOR INCREASING RIGIDITY WITH POLYETHYLENE SPIRAL PIPE

PURPOSE: A device for manufacturing a drain pipe of a culvert is provided to increase the productivity and to cut down manufacturing cost by putting cement mortar into intermittent recesses of the drain pipe and reinforcing the spiral pipe. CONSTITUTION: A drain pipe manufacturing device produces a polyethylene spiral pipe with an extruder dice(15) of a molding machine(17) and an extruder roller(18). Coolant inlets are formed in the upper part of a cooling pipe(10'), and a cut portion is formed in the center of the lower body. The cooling pipe body is formed by fixing a hemispherical cooling pipe with a bending bar, and bent in the lower part. The cooling pipe body is combined with the extruder dice. A bonding gear(19) and a melting roller(20) are integrally interlocked in the molding machine, and spaced from the extruder roller.
